On-Campus Approved Caterers

There are several catering options located on campus that are approved and available to assist you with your event needs. UCI Catering offers a menu with a wide range of foods to select from and staff's talented chefs that are able to create special menus to accommodate any occasion. Please visit our online Catering Management System to view the menu or simply call UCI Catering at (949) 824-1423, and an event planner will be happy to assist you with the online process, or create a special menu for your event. Please note that UCI Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Student Center Conference Center.

Catering from the various on-campus retail dining locations, such as Subway and Panda Express, are also available for your event needs. Retail catering menus are available online for your review or simply call the retail dining location of your choice and our team can assist you with further information.

Off-Campus Approved Caterers

Off-Campus Approved Caterers may provide special pre-ordered catering services on campus. They may not sell or offer food for sale on campus. Below is a list of all alternate caterers who have met UCI requirements and may be used for events occurring prior to the UCI approval expiration date. Caterers whose approval has expired will not appear on the list. The list is updated on the 15th of each month. For more information on off-campus approved caterers, please contact (949) 824-2759.
